I’m Jessica Tam — a creator living in the age of AI.

For over 16 years, I ran a small business in the fashion industry — designing, selling, managing operations and supply chains, and supporting retail boutiques and department stores. It was fast-paced, demanding, and deeply creative. I lived inside the work, building something tangible day after day.

At one point, I chose to step back — feeling called to be present for my children and intentional about the season ahead.

During that pause, I began a self-taught journey.

I explored graphic design, therapeutic art, accounting, real estate, finance, and social media — studying both online and in person. I wasn’t chasing a title, a new identity, or a fixed career goal. I was simply searching for alignment, learning what truly mattered to me at each stage of my life, at my own pace.

Then, almost unexpectedly, AI entered my world.

Not as a career pivot — but as curiosity.

Around the same time, I naturally found myself drawn into the Silicon Valley founder community. Maybe it was my energy, my curiosity, or simply being open — or maybe God was guiding me toward a community I was meant to grow alongside. Conversations turned into collaborations. Connections became meaningful relationships.

As I explored deeper, I noticed something shifting.

Tools were becoming more powerful. Costs were increasing. Systems were growing more complex. And many founders — myself included — were spending more time managing platforms than actually creating, building, or growing their businesses.

That’s when I began exploring AI from a creator’s perspective — not technical hype, not buzzwords — but with one simple question:

How can AI support creativity instead of replacing it?

Today, through Creative Jolie AI, I help founders and entrepreneurs scale their businesses using AI + creativity — setting up digital employees and automation systems that work quietly in the background.

These systems help:

Handle repetitive tasks

Respond to leads and messages automatically

Organize workflows

Reduce operating costs

Give founders real time back
